PDF Contact Extractor

How it works

  1. Upload your PDF

Drop any text-based PDF — a member directory, conference list, report or brochure. It is read locally in your browser and never uploaded.

  2. AI finds every contact

The document is analyzed section by section: names, job titles, companies, emails, phone numbers and postal addresses are organized into columns.

  3. Review, edit & download

Search, sort and correct any value, then download as CSV, Excel (.xlsx) or vCard (.vcf) — ready for your CRM, spreadsheet or phone.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Your PDF is read entirely in your browser and never uploaded or stored. Only the extracted text is sent to our server for AI analysis, and it is not retained.

What formats can I download?

CSV for Google Sheets and CRM imports, Excel (.xlsx) workbooks, and vCard (.vcf) files for importing straight into your phone or Google Contacts.

How many contacts can I extract for free?

The free tier shows and downloads the first 50 contacts per document. Processing larger documents in full is available as a separate paid service — contact us.

What information does it extract?

Does it work with scanned PDFs?

The tool works with text-based PDFs. Scanned documents (images of pages) are detected and reported, but OCR is not supported yet.
